Ceramic fiber paper/gaskets are manufactured from selected alumina-silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the primary raw material using a wet-forming process. The slag removal and drying processes are improved based on traditional production methods. The products are asbestos-free and feature uniform fiber distribution, a white appearance, no delamination, and low shot content (achieved through four-stage centrifugal shot removal). Bulk density can be flexibly adjusted according to application requirements. The paper/gaskets also exhibit high strength (with reinforcing fibers), good elasticity, and excellent machinability.
According to different service temperatures, the products are classified into three grades: standard, high-alumina, and zirconia-containing ceramic fiber paper/gaskets.

2. Low shot content
3. Good tear resistance and high flexibility
4. Asbestos-free, corrosion-resistant, and non-reactive with molten aluminum
5. Good electrical insulation and sound insulation properties
6. Excellent mechanical performance
Fire Resistant: Remains in full shape and size after a fire.
High temperature resistance: There are two types of temperature resistance: 1260 and 1400℃.
Heat insulation: It can effectively prevent or slow down heat transfer, and the thermal conductivity at 800℃ can be as low as 0.12w/(m.k).
Insulation: Inorganic silicate material, non-conductive at high temperature.
Sound insulation: high noise reduction coefficient.
Seal: has certain elasticity, can be used for high temperature sealing
