CERA THERMAL is a global provider of refractory and high-temperature insulation solutions, with origins in China and an expanding international presence. Founded in 2002 in Nanjing, the company has grown steadily from a materials-focused business into an integrated organization covering material R&D, manufacturing, processing, engineering application, and global services.

Through continuous investment in production facilities and engineering capabilities, CERA THERMAL has built strong expertise in ceramic fiber products, insulating refractories, and complete refractory lining systems. In 2019, the establishment of CERA THERMAL TECHNOLOGY INC. in the United States marked an important step in the company’s global development, strengthening its ability to serve international markets.

Today, CERA THERMAL operates under a “Global Support + Local Service” model. Global design, engineering, and supply chain teams work closely with local sales, technical, construction, and warehousing resources across China, North America, Europe, and Asia to deliver responsive, reliable, and customized solutions.

Role Purpose

• The Global Sales Professional is a core professional role within the Global Business organization.
• The position focuses on supporting international sales operations and global project execution through coordination, follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration.
• This role is positioned on a professional career track, emphasizing execution quality, business understanding, and long-term contribution rather than people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Global Project Support
• Support global sales teams in quotation preparation and international business coordination.
• Track overseas project progress and key milestones to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and timelines.
• Identify potential execution risks and coordinate internal resources to support effective resolution.

Business Operations & Information Support
• Support the maintenance of international sales and project information with accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with internal reporting and business execution tracking as required.

Customer Interaction & Follow-Up
• Maintain operational communication with overseas customers during business execution.
• Support issue coordination and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction through reliable follow-up.

Additional Responsibilities
• Support continuous improvement of global business processes.
• Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by management in support of overall business objectives.

What You Bring

Education & Background
• Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas education background is highly preferred.
• Candidates with international study experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as cross-cultural awareness is essential for this role.

Experience
• 1–3 years of professional experience in international business, global sales support, project coordination, or related roles.

Communication & Coordination
• Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and regions.
• Capable of accurately conveying requirements, aligning stakeholders, and supporting smooth collaboration in an international environment.

Technical & System Skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and other office software, capable of efficiently handling data analysis, document preparation, and basic visual materials.
• Basic image processing skills (e.g. Photoshop) are required.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. ERP, SAP) is a strong plus.

Mindset & Work Style
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to push projects forward and follow through on execution.
• A pragmatic problem-solver with strong communication skills.
• Agile, open-minded, and willing to embrace change.
