High-alumina high-strength wear-resistant castable is a high-performance refractory material formulated with high-alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material, combined with high-quality wear-resistant aggregates, ultrafine powders, and high-efficiency binders. Its key characteristics include high refractoriness and excellent strength at both ambient and elevated temperatures, with particularly outstanding resistance to wear and erosion, effectively withstanding material abrasion and high-velocity airflow scouring.
It also exhibits good thermal shock resistance, volume stability, and resistance to chemical corrosion. The material is easy to install it can be cast after mixing with water, features a short curing period, and develops strength rapidly. Its overall service life is significantly longer than that of ordinary high-alumina castable, offering excellent cost-effectiveness.
This material is widely used in industries with severe wear conditions, such as metallurgy, building materials, mining, and electric power.
In the metallurgical industry, it is used as lining material for submerged arc furnaces, iron runners, and ladle slag lines.
In the building materials industry, it is suitable for cement mill linings, classifier guide vanes, and ceramic raw material crushing bins.
In the mining industry, it is applied to the linings of chutes, silos, and crushers.
In the electric power industry, it is suitable for linings of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnaces and pulverized coal pipelines, and it can also meet the construction requirements of various wear-resistant heat treatment furnaces.
