CT Refractory Mortar is an air-hardening refractory mortar, supplied as ready-to-use wet blends of finely ground aggregates and special binders.
The mortar develops good strength upon air drying, forming strong joints and providing an almost monolithic structure to the brickwork.
Supply condition: available in wet or dry form. The wet mortar is generally supplied in drums, while the dry mortar can be supplied according to customer requirements.
· Good workability
· Good resistance to chemical attack
· High bonding strength
· Low drying and firing shrinkage
· Good slag resistance and thin masonry joints
For laying insulating firebricks, super-duty bricks, and high-alumina dense refractory bricks
Provides resistance to the infiltration of air or hot gases
Retards the penetration of slag and molten metal into the joints
