Rock Wool Pipe is a tubular thermal insulation and fireproof material made from high-quality basalt through high-temperature melting and fiberization. Its core characteristics include: thermal conductivity ≤ 0.039 W/m·K, providing excellent thermal insulation and energy-saving performance; Class A non-combustible fire rating, with no toxic gas release at high temperatures and strong resistance to high-temperature shrinkage; hydrophobicity ≥ 99%, offering outstanding moisture resistance and corrosion resistance. It also features good compressive strength and flexibility, allowing it to fit closely to pipeline surfaces, and is easy to install by direct sleeving and fixing.
Rock Wool Pipe is widely used for thermal insulation and fire protection of various pipelines, including building water supply and drainage systems, heating and central air-conditioning pipelines, industrial steam and chemical medium transmission pipelines, as well as pipeline systems in subways, plant rooms, and other facilities. It is suitable for energy-saving renovation and safety protection in both new and existing projects.
