Electrofused cast bricks are cast refractories produced by fully melting the raw materials and casting the melt into molds, followed by controlled cooling and annealing. According to the ZrO₂ content, the products are classified as AZS-33, AZS-36, and AZS-41. According to the casting method, they are classified as regular cast, tilt cast, void-free cast, and end-cut types. Our company manufactures corresponding products based on different applications and customer requirements.
· High-quality raw materials: Zircon and alumina sourced from Australia. The zircon is low in silicon impurities, ensuring the intrinsic quality of the products.
· Advanced manufacturing and management: Improved manufacturing processes, management systems, and quality assurance technologies are implemented. Every production process and operation is carried out in accordance with strict work standards.
· Strict quality control: Chemical composition is monitored daily using X-ray fluorescence analyzers to ensure optimal composition, crystalline structure, and performance. Regular physical and chemical performance tests, glass exudation measurements, blistering index measurements, glass corrosion resistance tests, and microstructural analyses are conducted to ensure consistent product quality.
