Mullite lightweight bricks are manufactured from high-quality, ultra-pure raw materials with carefully graded fillers according to different specifications. During firing, these fillers form a uniform and stable pore structure.
The bulk density ranges from 0.5 to 1.25 g/cm³, with service temperatures from 1000 °C to 1600 °C. Each grade is specifically designed to meet different thermal, physical, and chemical requirements.
Each brick face is precisely machined to ensure accurate dimensions and excellent installation quality.
· Low thermal conductivity: CT series lightweight heat-insulating bricks provide excellent thermal insulation performance.
· Low heat capacity: Due to their low density and low thermal conductivity, CT series lightweight heat-insulating bricks store very little heat, resulting in significant energy savings, especially in batch operations.
· Low impurity content: CT series lightweight heat-insulating bricks exhibit high refractoriness with low iron and alkali metal content. The high alumina content enables stable performance in reducing atmospheres.
· High hot compressive strength
· Accurate dimensions
· Customizable shapes: Bricks can be machined into special shapes to reduce joints and minimize the total number of bricks used.
Used as suspended ceilings, wall linings, and thermal insulation linings for various industrial furnaces, such as bell-type furnaces, heating furnaces, cracking furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, shuttle kilns, tunnel furnaces, roller kilns, enamel kilns, and other thermal equipment.
