Brazing Furnace Refractory Solution

Inquire

Brazing furnaces operate under a continuously stable high-temperature environment, involving interfacial reactions between the filler metal and base materials. The process requires strict control of protective atmospheres or vacuum conditions, while molten filler metals may chemically attack the furnace lining. In addition, mechanical wear caused by loading and unloading of workpieces is also a critical factor.

These conditions represent the key challenges faced by refractory linings and insulation systems in brazing furnaces, requiring carefully selected, high-performance refractory and insulation materials that are precisely matched to the specific brazing process.

The roof of the vacuum brazing furnace adopts an electric heating element combined with a high-purity alumina fiber composite anchoring system for both heating and insulation.

The furnace walls utilize a composite structure of BLOXEN 26 Lightweight Mullite Brick and CTWOOL 1260 Ceramic Fiber Board, providing highly efficient thermal insulation.

The furnace bottom is designed with a layered structure consisting of dense high-strength refractory bricks, lightweight mullite bricks, and ceramic fiber boards, achieving an optimal balance between load-bearing capacity and insulation performance.

On both sides of the bottom door frame, movable sealing blocks form a labyrinth sealing system in coordination with the furnace door. This design not only facilitates airflow distribution and uniform temperature control but also allows for easy maintenance. It is a critical structure to ensure thermal efficiency, atmosphere stability, and long service life.
